For those who missed it, Eve Appleton is the winner of the Rising competition and will open the Mountain Stage. Not a name that meant anything to me, but from the bits I can find online she seems like a worthy winner and somebody who'll go down well. Shame it'll probably clash with Pete Brown's beer pairing slot which is always unmissable, even though I know most of the jokes by now.

As an aside, I didn't realise until reading that the Ben Coleman also books the Park and Other Stages at Glastonbury. I looked at the lineups of those stages and there's an impressive amount of crossover with the last few years' GM lineups.
