Either there's a small hole in the line-up into where James Yorkston needs to slot
or
there's a medium-sized hole into where James and Nina Persson need to slot
or
there's a larger hole into where James, Nina and the 2nd hand Orchestra need to slot.
Saw them recently in Kilkenny and they were magnificent. So much did they enjoy themselves that James announced at the end that they would all head over and play at the back of Cleere's pub at 11pm that night.
I wonder how many GMs James Y has NOT appeared at. Can't be too many.

Disappointed by the lack of discussion/ guessing at who could be added to the line up and when. But tbh I've got far too many must sees already and am dreaded the clashes! hi, I'm new btw

And we have more acts announced and pretty full (?) day splits. Self Esteem is a great choice of headliner, though it's looking like a lot of clashes on the cards. Friday looks amazing, Saturday excellent, Sunday a little underwhelming. Usually the other way round.
Interesting there's no Mountain Stage Thursday this time- The far out will be VERY packed for Spiritualized.
And they put Melin Melyn on the mountain stage.

Rather underwhelmed by these additions though I’m sure Self Esteem and Spiritualized will be very popular. Thursday evening in the Walled Garden looks like it might be as big a blast as last year.

I was thinking the same. I wouldn’t say ‘weak’, I’d just say there’s not as much that appeals to me as there used to be. It is a very different festival to the one I started going to in 2007. Things change don’t they? It will be sunny.

I think tame and uninteresting,we will have a great weekend as always and there are quite a few bands we want to watch but are finding more and more big chunks of the day with nothing that grabs our interest---hopefully more listening to the smaller bands will unearth some gems but seriously thinking after all these years that this will be our last as it's hard to justify spending over. £1000 for a weekend that no longer feels like the festival we have loved for so long.Hey ho,we will probably have the best weekend ever and book again.

Having had a quick listen to the acts, I also found that this week's announcement did nothing to move the dial in the right direction for me, and while there's just about enough to keep me happy, I don't think I'm going to be worrying about where do I find the time to eat.

Latest round of additions was very underwhelming, apart from Mandy Indiana who will be very fun in that slot on Rising.
This year is still very strong for me. My headliners will be Slowdive, clipping. and Young Fathers - which is great for my tastes.
I’m probably most excited to see Slowdive, clipping., Les Savy Fav, Jockstrap, Sudan Archives, Lankum, Etran de l’air, Dur Dur Band, deathcrash, James Holden, Daniel Avery, Gilla Band, Dur Dur Band, julie and Anna B Savage.
