Hello!
me and my two friends are all young enough to buy the discount teenager ticket at £50 , but if we all get this we require an adult to gain entry to the festival.
So what would your advice be on this issue, what first comes to mind for me is just for one of us to pay the extra for the adult ticket to provide the requirement
Or would that not work? would we need to prove age there without id on entry, not merely being approved due to having an adult ticket
Im umcertain as all the website says is Teenagers 13-17 (must be accompanied by an adult), there is enough detail to worry me but not enough to show the extent of the rule.
Does anyone have any past experiance with this or know the strictness of the admissions? thanks

I'm sure you would find someone one the way in with a full ticket who would be prepared to be your 'accompanying adult' until you're checked in and have your wristbands GM is not overly strict on checking every detail but the organisers do have licensing conditions that they need to respect. If someone is prepared to say that you and your friends are with them you won't get a grilling on who you all are and what your relationship is to each other. You probably won't get served at the bars with a teenager wristband though, if that's an issue.

I don't know how many people would be keen to be your fake accompanying adult, since it might make them technically responsible for you or your behaviour, and if they don't know you from Adam how do they know that it won't come back and bite them in the arse later?
If it was me and someone asked me to pretend, I'd be very wary. Maybe I'm too paranoid, but I could do without the hassle!
