I saw Dylan play in Newcastle a few years ago, and to be honest it was a bit disappointing. He seems bored these days.

... and boring!
I'm a crazy fan of BD, but he's handed the baton on to others who can can capture the passion he showed us for many years

no, no, no!
you have to go to all the shows - or all that you can get to anyway
sometimes they're great - and sometimes they're not
but when you get a good one...
like the five brixton shows in 2005
who would have thought we were going to get a clash cover!?
or hammersmith in 2003 - when he played 'romance in durango' for the first time in 27 years - and hasn't played it again since
always worth getting to the non-arena shows especially
i think he'd be magic at green man
pity the poor act playing in the folkey dokey at the same time though...

What you have to remember though is not everyone likes him, so i think the folkey dolkey would be fine. I know id be trying to get a good position for Dylan myself though.

I can honestly say that, for me, Van Morrison is the answer to both 'What's the best gig you ever saw?' and 'What's the worst ...?' Not a candidate for GM though
