Can anyone recommend a child-friendly pub in the vicinity of Crickhowell - Abergavenny? We'll be travelling down from Brum on the A40, likely to be arriving lunchtime Thursday and thinking it might be a good idea to get the kids (4 and 19 months) fed and watered before we tackle the tent.

the bridge inn is good - on the bridge over the usk (heading south out of crickhowell)
there's a seperate dining bit inside
or, if the weather's nice, a garden overlooking the river

All the pubs in Llangynidr are family friendly and do good food also Llangatock "Three Horseshoes" near Crick' is recommended as there's a hUUUUUGE park opposite.

The pub directly opposite abergavenny train station is very welcoming, We spent many hours there actually playing darts and just enjoying the atmosphere as other festival goers passed through.
