Surprised how quickly customerservices@ticketline.co.uk got back to me and resent the tickets.
Now I can relax and frown at the deteriorating weekend weather forecast.

The above messages from dasal and raj are an interesting read for me.
I have long suspected that Ticketline just don't bother sending out Car Park passes to addresses outside the UK. When I have my annual phone call with them in July (as the car park ticket NEVER arrives), they insist that they HAVE sent my car park ticket but that it is COMPANY POLICY not to resend the tickets. They then tell me that they'll refund the ticket price (£35) and that I can pay on the gate.
What this means in effect is that I then have to lose my booking fee and have the stress of pulling up at the carpark without ever being sure that I can gain admission. This year I was charged £40 on the gate leaving me another £5 out of pocket (plus booking fee of course). Well actually plus another £10 because ... As my annual call to them costs me about £10 (international mobile phone plus wait time plus me explaining to them that I know they are lying about sending my ticket in the 1st place) it's not worth me spending another £10 on another call in the off chance that they might refund the booking fee which is £3.50 so that would be another £6.50 out of pocket.
Glad I got that off my chest!!

If it’s any comfort we didn’t get ours delivered either and we’re in London. Imagine if they didn’t have enough car park space for us all like Shambala and couldn’t work out who had paid for tickets and not been sent them eh!
