Problems posting on the official forum

Anyone else having problems?

I get a message saying -

Your comment has been queued for moderation by site administrators and will be published after approval.
Your comment has been queued for review by site administrators and will be published after approval.

I imagine this is some sort of Spam defence that is suffering from the lack of any site administrators to review moderate the posts.

All good here thanks. Been stupidly busy work and home recently so haven't got around to tidying things up here. Possibly a job for over Christmas if I stay off the sherry long enough

i had the same problem

at first, i was queued

then it wouldn't let me post at all

i assumed it was while they were sorting out the new website

the forum there's a complete mess now

can anyone tell me how to post?

it lets me write a post

but only offers the option to 'save preview'

and not actually submit it

am i being dense...?

Hello all - feels most unusual posting here I must say.

Sorry about the forum not working properly, out web chap is aware of it and working very hard to fix it.

Hope you like the line-up, will let you know when everything is fixed.

I still get the comment queued message almost all the time.

But they do eventually get posted.

It's fine now but when the traffic ramps up it's going to make a mess of things.

Anyway, now that the first line-up announcements are in (and what a fine start to things), I'll finally get this place tidied up so we'll have a backup when necessary. (not sure why the background graphic has shrunk )

Apart from a new (I think) member post, there's been nothing on the official forum for well over 24hrs, so I assume it's not just mine that aren't getting through

If it's a spam protection feature you would think a new member post would be more likely to be blocked
